保留原有成果，在新目录验证新版。Keep existing outputs and validate the new version in a fresh folder.
保留旧工作区Keep your old workspace
先备份已有工作区，记下旧版本。新版部署入口不覆盖旧目录，也不会自动搬迁真实业务资料。Back up your current workspace and note its version. The new launcher does not overwrite it or migrate real business information.
在新目录运行新版Run the new version in a fresh folder
- 下载V0.4.2并完整解压，运行01创建全新演练目录。Download V0.4.2, extract it and run 01 to create a fresh exercise folder.
- 确认加载的技能为V0.4.2，先用包内虚构输入完成六步。Confirm V0.4.2 skill loading, then complete the six steps with the fictional inputs.
- 核对成果及新对话恢复，确认后再另行整理自己的业务迁移。Verify outputs and continuity before planning a separate migration of your business information.
按新版文件名操作Use the new filenames
新版输入在02-演练输入，成果在03-成果。旧版截图只作操作参考，以当前指引的文件名和步骤为准。New inputs are in 02-演练输入 and outputs in 03-成果. Earlier screenshots illustrate operations; follow current filenames and steps.
