账号与交付用途Accounts and delivery
邮箱用于注册和登录验证码发送。账号库保存账号标识、不可直接还原的邮箱索引、脱敏邮箱、条款确认时间、会话索引、产品领取及许可确认记录。账号数据不等于客户业务资料库。完整邮箱不会写入本站账号数据库，发送验证码时会交由邮件服务处理。Email is used to deliver registration and sign-in codes. Our account database stores account IDs, keyed email indexes, masked emails, consent times, session hashes, resource claims and licence records. It is not a customer-business database. Full email addresses are not stored in our account database; they are processed by the email provider for verification delivery.

Cloudflare, Inc. 提供网站请求、D1账号数据库、会话、私有R2文件及Turnstile人机验证；处理必要账号记录和网络请求信息。Resend（Plus Five Five, Inc.）处理收件邮箱、验证码邮件及投递记录，发信域名为notify.broadlatus.ai，当前配置发信地区为日本东京。Cloudflare使用全球基础设施，数据库与文件的亚太位置提示不保证仅在单一地区处理；Resend发信地区也不代表所有日志和服务数据仅在东京保存。上述服务可能在中国大陆境外处理必要信息。Cloudflare, Inc. provides website requests, D1 account storage, sessions, private R2 files and Turnstile verification, processing necessary account and network-request information. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) processes recipient emails, verification messages and delivery records through notify.broadlatus.ai; the configured sending region is Tokyo, Japan. Cloudflare uses global infrastructure; Asia-Pacific location hints do not guarantee processing in one location. Resend’s sending region does not mean all service data is stored in Tokyo. Necessary information may be processed outside mainland China.

验证码发送前须主动同意账号说明，并单独同意上述验证码及必要境外服务处理。未同意时不发送验证码，也不会创建账号；仍可下载免费部署数据包。注册不会自动订阅营销邮件，也不会启用付费、积分或第三方登录。请不要在注册表单填写客户名单、密码或商业机密。Before a verification message is sent, you must accept the account notice and separately consent to verification and necessary overseas service processing. Without consent, no code is sent and no account is created; public products remain available. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing or enable payments, credits or other sign-in providers. Do not submit customer lists, passwords or business secrets.
保留期限与清理Retention and cleanup
验证码5分钟内有效且只能使用一次；账号会话最长14天，下载凭证2分钟有效且单次使用。验证码和防滥用记录在超过7天后，由后续验证码请求触发清理；站点不承诺无人使用时立即物理删除。账号、领取和许可记录在账号有效期间用于持续交付，注销会删除主账号及关联会话、领取和许可记录。Resend标准套餐的邮件和日志通常保留30天，特殊套餐或法定保留以其政策为准。Cloudflare D1恢复备份窗口按套餐为7或30天；注销不代表服务商备份立即清除。若从备份恢复数据，需要重新应用删除记录。Codes are valid for five minutes and one use. Sessions last up to 14 days; download tickets last two minutes and one use. Code and abuse-prevention records older than seven days are cleaned up when a later code request triggers maintenance, rather than immediately during inactivity. Account, claim and licence records support ongoing delivery and are removed with the account and related sessions on closure. Resend standard-plan email and log retention is generally 30 days, subject to provider policies and legal exceptions. D1 recovery backups cover seven or 30 days depending on the plan; account closure does not instantly remove provider backups. Deletions must be reapplied following a restore.

Withdrawing necessary account-processing consent prevents further email-account use; public products remain accessible. Email changes currently require support. Account records are not made public.

Free setup runs in your own AI assistant; that tool’s notices and permissions govern its data processing. Content you export, copy or send moves to your chosen destination. The browser stores language preferences and uses a secure session cookie to maintain sign-in.
产品反馈与文件Product feedback and files
主动提交的反馈包括类型、文字、工具信息、页面路径、选填回复邮箱，以及最多三个图片或文件附件。用于排查问题、改进产品和回复本次咨询，不公开展示，不自动订阅营销邮件。内容及附件保存在 Cloudflare 私有存储，反馈通知经 Resend 发送至我们的商务邮箱；上述服务可能在中国大陆境外处理信息。回复邮箱仅在你主动填写时记录，与账号资料分开。Submitted feedback includes its type, message, tool details, page path, optional reply email and up to three images or file attachments. We use it to investigate issues, improve the product and respond to this request. It is not displayed publicly and does not subscribe you to marketing. Content and attachments are stored privately with Cloudflare; Resend sends a feedback notification to our business email. Processing may occur outside mainland China. A reply email is recorded only if you provide one and is separate from account data.
