七岗版1.1.0已开放官网尝鲜，也随preview.29客户端交付。专家团可以独立在WorkBuddy使用，不需要Broadlatus账号、桌面端或另装市场技能；自备WorkBuddy账号及模型额度。腾讯审核尚未结束。Seven-role 1.1.0 is available as a website preview and bundled with desktop preview.29. Use it directly in WorkBuddy without a Broadlatus account, desktop app or separately installed marketplace skills. Bring your own WorkBuddy account and model access. Tencent review remains pending.

下载专家团1.1.0原ZIP，或从preview.29客户端产品中心“准备并打开”。两处专家包指纹一致。两个专项技能仍为1.0.0，工作台兼容技能仍为V0.4.7。Download the original 1.1.0 ZIP, or choose Prepare and open in preview.29 Product center. Both contain the identical expert package. The two specialist skills stay at 1.0.0; workbench compatibility skill remains V0.4.7.

导入并核对七位成员Import and verify seven members

1. 完整解压下载的ZIP，保留broadlatus-b2b-customer-development目录及其中隐藏的.codebuddy-plugin文件夹，不只复制agents或头像。Fully extract the ZIP. Keep the broadlatus-b2b-customer-development folder and hidden .codebuddy-plugin folder; do not copy only agents or avatars.
2. 在WorkBuddy用当前可用的专家管理入口导入本地专家团，或新建任务，提供原ZIP／实际解压目录并发送下方指令。具体界面以所用WorkBuddy版本为准。Import the local team using the expert-management capability available in your WorkBuddy version, or start a task, provide the ZIP or actual extracted path and send the prompt below.
3. 确认实际导入完成，再在“我的专家／专家团”核对1.1.0与七位成员。重新召唤，在新任务给当前业务问题。不能把“包已下载”、卡片可见或一条聊天回复当实际导入与运行通过。Confirm actual import, then check version 1.1.0 and seven members in My experts / Expert teams. Summon again in a new task. A downloaded package, visible card or chat response alone does not prove successful import and execution.

Use your actually available expert-management capability to read the local team folder or ZIP I provide. Verify ID broadlatus-b2b-customer-development, version 1.1.0 and seven members, then import for the current user. Compare any existing same-name product first, preserving old versions, customer records and history. Back up and confirm differences before replacement. Report the actual location, version and summon entry; if file access or management is unavailable, say so rather than simulating success.

七岗怎样协作How the seven roles work

程远舟／客户开发总监；方予真／产品与业务支持顾问；沈见微／客户背调与建档师；段明序／客户推进管理师；陆行远／客户开发策略师；林书言／外贸沟通撰稿师；严思衡／对外材料审稿官Lead, product/business support, customer research, progress management, strategy, drafting and independent review.

日常直接对接客户开发总监，团队按任务调用所需岗位。产品资料与确认协同由支持顾问接续，阶段与记录由推进管理师维护；写稿和审稿在独立任务中完成。全部为AI岗位，职业肖像为虚构形象。Talk to the customer-development lead. Roles are called as needed. Support connects product facts and clarification, progress management connects stages and records, and drafting/review use separate tasks. All roles are AI with fictional portraits.

给一份材料，开始一次实际任务Start with one input

新客户：给名片、企业名或域名，先确认是哪家，再背调建档，保留来源、证据和未知，给一个开发切入点。New customer: provide a card, company name or domain. Verify identity, research and create records with sources, evidence and unknowns, then propose an opening.

客户来信：给客户原信和我方真实资料，判断阶段和下一步，按需要准备回复、干净附件及独立审稿。Customer reply: provide the original message and real company facts. Assess stage and next action, then prepare a reply, clean attachments and independent review as needed.

资料不够：先查已有产品资料和权限，把未确认问题整理为给产品、研发、上游或主管的确认素材。你实际联系后，把真实答复交回总监；准备好请求稿不代表已经发出或获批。Missing facts: check existing product information and authority, then prepare clarification materials for product, R&D, suppliers or a manager. Bring back actual answers after contacting them yourself. A prepared request is not a sent or approved request.

客户盘点：只读取本次授权客户范围，列清我方欠项、等待对象、需要人决定的事项和下一步，不扫描整台电脑。Customer review: read only the authorized customer scope. List open work, waiting parties, human decisions and next actions, without scanning the entire computer.

这是客户来信和我方产品资料。请先读已有客户档案，判断当前阶段与本轮目标，区分已知事实、待确认信息与现有权限。先处理能推进的部分，需要时准备对内确认素材、客户回复和独立审稿。实际保存本轮可用材料、记录与下一步；不发送任何信息。Here is the customer message and our product information. Read the existing records, assess the stage and current goal, and distinguish facts, unknowns and valid authority. Advance what can be done, preparing internal clarification, customer replies and independent review as needed. Save actual usable outputs, records and next actions. Do not send anything.

应该检查哪些成果What to check

客户主体、联系人与机会应区分清楚。要求建档时，主档、证据、日志、导航和联系人记录应实际保存，岗位汇报不代替客户档案。Keep customer identity, contacts and opportunities distinct. When records are requested, actually save the archive, evidence, log, navigation and contact records; role reports do not substitute for customer files.

下一步应说明目标、依据、我方欠项、等谁和真正待人事项。九阶段按客户行为与业务证据判断；发信数量、AI分数或完成排版不代表客户阶段推进。A next step identifies the goal, evidence, open work, waiting parties and real human decisions. Nine-stage progress follows customer behavior and business evidence, not sending volume, AI scores or document formatting.

对外正文和附件应能直接使用，内部依据与评分另放；评审指向准确版本。事实、权限或商业承诺有阻塞时不能靠高分放行；通过审稿也不等于已经批准或发送。Customer-facing body text and attachments should be usable as delivered, with internal evidence and scores separate. Review must match the exact version. Scores cannot override factual, authority or commercial blockers, and a passed review is not approval or sending.

从十岗版升级与继续旧客户Upgrade and continue existing customers

升级不重置客户阶段、原件、旧任务或历史。已有同名修改先比较并备份，不直接覆盖未知内容；旧会话可能仍带旧规则，请重新召唤并新建任务核版本。Upgrades do not reset stages, originals, old tasks or history. Compare and back up same-name modifications before replacement. Old conversations may retain old rules; summon again in a new task and check the version.

继续时提供同一授权工作区和新的来信、内部答复或本人决定。旧目录不可读时提供必要文件，不让专家假装记得。云端任务的成果需要下载保存，界面可见不表示已写入电脑。To continue, provide the same authorized workspace and new messages, internal answers or decisions. If old records are inaccessible, supply the needed files. Download cloud-task outputs; visibility in the interface does not mean they are saved on your computer.

1.1.0已提交腾讯审核（按开发者提交记录），尚未收到审核结论；官网尝鲜开放与腾讯市场正式上架是不同状态。没有公开市场安装链接时，从官网原包或preview.29开始。Developer submission records show 1.1.0 is under Tencent review, with no approval result yet. Website preview availability is separate from public marketplace listing. Use the original website package or preview.29 until a real marketplace link is available.

本版不连接邮箱、不操作Foxmail、不写邮箱草稿、不发送内部或客户消息、不代替技术／商业批准，也不创建后台提醒或自动学习。公开调研依实际网络和模型能力；不能访问的来源标未核验。This edition does not connect mailboxes, operate Foxmail, insert mailbox drafts, send messages, approve technical/commercial decisions, or create background reminders/self-learning. Research depends on actual network/model access; inaccessible sources remain unverified.

The final bytes have not had a full seven-role rerun, and not all devices/business cases are covered. Start small and verify against your business standards.
