文件缺失或校验失败Missing files or a failed checksum
重新下载、完整解压外层ZIP，再运行01。不要只复制部署入口；04-安装资料必须一起保留。Download again, extract the entire outer ZIP and run 01. Keep 04-安装资料 with the launcher.
目录已存在或找不到输入Existing folder or missing inputs
部署助手使用全新目录，不覆盖已有文件。换一个新目录；进入助手后，选择包含02-演练输入的整个工作区。Setup uses a fresh folder and does not overwrite existing files. Choose a new path, then select the entire workspace containing 02-演练输入 in your assistant.
技能没有识别The skill is not detected
WorkBuddy检查已安装技能是否启用；Codex检查本工作区.agents/skills内是否有完整技能目录。要求助手报告实际读取的SKILL.md路径与版本。Check whether the skill is enabled in WorkBuddy, or present under the workspace’s .agents/skills in Codex. Ask for the actual SKILL.md path and version read.
说保存了，文件却打不开A reported output does not open
让助手检查实际路径和文件是否存在，再给链接；仍无法保存时停在当前步。反馈请附版本、所用工具、步骤和脱敏截图。Ask the assistant to inspect the actual file path and existence, then provide a link. Stop at the current step if saving fails. Include the version, tool, step and an anonymized screenshot when reporting the issue.
