部署你的第一个工作台Set up your first workbench

准备两样东西Have two things ready

1. 一台Windows或Mac电脑，以及自己的WorkBuddy或Codex账号和可用模型额度。A Windows or Mac computer, plus your own WorkBuddy or Codex account and model access.
2. 按系统下载Windows或Mac包。Windows右键ZIP选择“全部解压缩”；Mac双击ZIP解压，再打开普通文件夹。Download the Windows or Mac pack. On Windows, right-click and extract all files; on Mac, double-click the ZIP. Open the extracted folder.

运行01，创建新工作区Run 01 and create a fresh workspace

1. Windows双击01-环境检查与部署.cmd；Mac双击01-环境检查与部署.command，等文件检查完成。两种入口默认中文，无需Python。On Windows, double-click 01-环境检查与部署.cmd; on Mac, use 01-环境检查与部署.command. Both launchers default to Chinese and require no Python.
2. 按回车使用建议的新目录，或输入其他全新目录；选择1 WorkBuddy或2 Codex。Press Enter for the suggested new folder, or enter another fresh path. Choose 1 WorkBuddy or 2 Codex.
3. 出现“独立演练工作区已创建”后，继续自动打开的01-开始实操.html。没有自动打开时，到窗口显示的目录中双击该文件。When setup reports the new workspace is ready, continue in 01-开始实操.html. If it does not open automatically, double-click it in the folder shown by setup.

确认助手，再开始实操Confirm the assistant, then start

生成的指引包含实际工作目录和技能路径。按所选工具完成技能确认，选中整个演练工作区，新建对话，再发送第1步。The generated guide contains your actual folder and skill paths. Follow the instructions for your assistant, select the entire exercise workspace, start a conversation and send step 1.

环境检查通过表示文件和部署条件已核对。助手登录、技能加载和业务成果仍需继续确认。首次使用只处理包内虚构样本。Environment checks verify setup conditions and files. Confirm sign-in, skill loading and outputs separately. Use the included fictional sample for your first run.

Mac处理器与备用启动Mac processors and alternative startup

Mac版支持macOS 12及以上，Apple芯片与Intel共用一个入口，自动识别，无需选择架构。The Mac pack is for macOS 12 or later and automatically detects Apple Silicon or Intel. No architecture choice is needed.

Mac打不开01时：按⌘空格打开“终端”，输入 /bin/bash 和一个空格；将本包01.command文件拖入终端，再按回车。无需关闭系统安全设置。If 01 does not open on Mac, open Terminal with Command-Space. Type /bin/bash and a space, drag the pack’s 01.command file into Terminal and press Enter. You do not need to disable system security.

创建完成后，在文件夹选择窗口按⌘⇧G可粘贴完整工作区路径；复制/粘贴使用⌘C/⌘V。仍无法启动时，按02-操作指引.html中的手动准备操作。In a Mac folder selector, use Command-Shift-G to paste the workspace path. Copy and paste with Command-C/Command-V. For further issues, follow manual setup in 02-操作指引.html.
