部署包版本与文件检查Package version and file checks
当前免费部署包为V0.4.2，Windows和Mac分别提供。完整解压后先运行01，再按生成的开始指引继续。The current free setup pack is V0.4.2, with separate Windows and Mac downloads. Extract the entire pack, run 01, then continue with the generated start guide.
网页中的校验清单供技术人员比对压缩包的版本、大小与SHA-256摘要。一般使用按01的提示继续即可。The manifest lets technical users compare package versions, sizes and SHA-256 hashes. For ordinary setup, follow the prompts in 01.
- 01会核对包内必需文件与完整性。通过后，继续创建独立工作区并选择助手。01 checks required files and package contents. After it passes, create a fresh workspace and choose your assistant.
- 如提示文件缺失或校验不一致，请重新完整下载并解压到新目录，再运行01。保留原有工作资料。If files are missing or checks do not match, download the full pack again and extract it into a fresh folder before rerunning 01. Keep existing work files.

- 成果文件统一为03-沟通计划.md，网站、技能指令、中英文指引与Windows／Mac快速PDF同步。The planning output is now 03-沟通计划.md across the website, skill, bilingual instructions and both platform PDFs.
- 继续跟进时，先读取当前工作区的已有成果，结合历史记录分析，再按你的指令推进。已有V0.4.1工作区不改写；新版在新目录演练。When you resume, read existing outputs and history before acting on your instruction. Keep existing V0.4.1 workspaces; run this version in a fresh folder.

- 新增Windows／Mac两套部署包，Mac自动识别Apple芯片、Intel及转译环境。Added separate Windows and Mac packs, with automatic detection of Apple Silicon, Intel and translated environments.
- 启动窗口统一默认中文，按回车确认新目录与WorkBuddy；Codex输入2。Launchers default to Chinese: Enter confirms the suggested folder and WorkBuddy; choose 2 for Codex.
- 两套均保留01—05编号与同一六步指令，分别提供中英文网页和5页中文PDF。Both packs retain five numbered entries and the same six prompts, with bilingual web guides and separate five-page Chinese PDFs.
