前置要求Prerequisites

1. 已能登录WorkBuddy或Codex，新建任务并发送需求。You can sign in, start a task and send a request in WorkBuddy or Codex.
2. 知道怎样添加资料、查看成果、保存文件和停止任务。You know how to add material, review and save outputs, and stop a task.
3. 已具备自己的工具账号及模型额度；产品领取不包含第三方订阅。You provide your own tool account and model access; a product does not include third-party subscriptions.

先学登录、新建任务、添加资料、查看结果四项。尚未熟悉时可先用产品内的普通聊天试用；不需要先学代码、Python或API。Start with signing in, tasks, materials and outputs. A product’s paste-in practice route remains available before Skill installation.

领取之后怎样开始After downloading

1. 解压外层产品ZIP，双击“开始使用.html”。Extract the product ZIP and open its local HTML guide.
2. WorkBuddy：在技能→添加技能→上传技能，选“安装包”内的ZIP，在已安装列表确认已启用。WorkBuddy: use Skills → Add skill → Upload skill, selecting the ZIP inside the installation folder. Confirm that it is installed and enabled.
3. Codex：按包内说明，将整个技能目录放入用户目录的.agents/skills，保留配套文件。Codex: follow the included instructions and copy the whole Skill folder to .agents/skills under your user directory.
4. 先运行虚构练习并查清单，再填写自己的输入模板做实际任务。Use the fictional practice input, review the checklist, then prepare your own task.

八款首版按官方说明设计了两种交付方式；用户当前版本的实际安装和生成效果仍需反馈。页面按钮和位置可能随工具更新变化。The eight initial products are packaged using both tools’ official guidance. Installation and runtime behavior in your version still need user feedback; interfaces can change.
