Writer只写、Critic只评；同版至少95分且无阻塞才可使用。Writer writes; Critic reviews. A usable draft needs at least 95, no blocker and a matching version.
写稿、评审、修订Write, review and revise
- Writer保存带版本初稿和00-评审交接.md，不自评，不先生成可用稿。Writer saves a versioned draft and handoff, without self-scoring or a usable draft.
- 实际独立Critic任务或新对话读取交接、同版稿件与证据，只写评分报告和修改方向，不改信。An actual independent task or new Critic conversation reads the handoff, matching draft and evidence, then reports scores and revision guidance without rewriting.
- 未过则Writer改新版本，再独立复评。通过后逐字复制已评文本为可用待确认稿，保留报告链接；不自动发送。If failed, Writer creates a new version for independent review. If passed, copy the reviewed text exactly into a usable draft pending confirmation, linking its report. No automatic sending.

至少95分、无硬伤/待核阻塞、必检项通过、最终稿与评审版本一致，四项同时满足。改稿必须重评，连续三次不过则暂停排查，不降低门槛。All must hold: at least 95, no hard failure or verification blocker, mandatory checks passed and a matching final version. Review every revision. Pause and investigate after three failures without lowering the gate.
不制造初始低分或进步效果。读不到稿件/事实就标记待核，不给通过分；通过后仍需人工确认使用。Do not manufacture low initial scores or apparent improvement. Unreadable drafts/facts remain pending verification, without a pass score. Humans still confirm approved text.
