• 前置要求：已掌握WorkBuddy或Codex基本使用，自备账号和模型额度。读者、真实素材、观点、近期文章主题、作者语气、字数或用途要求。Basic WorkBuddy or Codex skills and your own model access, plus authorized source materials and task requirements.

你会获得什么What is included

• 写作简报、文章正文、标题摘要、配图说明、事实核对与发布清单。 附本地HTML手册、WorkBuddy安装ZIP、Codex技能目录、逐步操作、排错、反馈入口与完整虚构示例。Task instructions, editable templates, a worked example, a local HTML guide, a WorkBuddy import ZIP, a Codex Skill folder, setup steps and support contacts. Guides and templates are in Chinese; selected samples include English.

怎样开始使用How to begin

1. 解压后双击“开始使用.html”，先读前置要求和工具准备说明。Extract the ZIP and open the HTML guide. Check the prerequisites first.
2. 在WorkBuddy导入内置安装ZIP，或按Codex目录说明安装；也能复制试用指令。Import the included Skill ZIP in WorkBuddy, install the folder in Codex, or paste the practice instructions.
3. 先用虚构示例核对成果，再填写自己的模板；遇问题按反馈表联系我们。Review a fictional practice result, then use your own inputs. Contact us using the feedback form if needed.

使用条件与能力范围Requirements & scope

V0.1.0文字工作产品，按WorkBuddy/Codex官方说明设计兼容交付，自备工具和额度；实际安装与生成效果待用户反馈。首版不含自动发信、发布、视频成片或云端资料库。An initial instruction-based product packaged for WorkBuddy and Codex using their official guidance. Your own tool and model access are required; runtime behavior awaits user feedback. Sending, publishing, rendered video and a hosted knowledge base are not included.
